10.15-10.30am - Group warm-up and games
10.30-11.00am - Ninja Ropes circuit
11.00-11.15am - Morning tea
11.15-11.45pm - Group craft
Targets & Shuriken
11.45-12.45pm - Obstacle Course
12.45-1.00pm - Lunch
1.00-2.00pm - Group Challenge
